• Matcha tea
Straight from Japan, this green powder is a concentrate of green tea leaves. It contains polyphenols which fight against cellular aging, a little theine, an energizer, and chlorophyll, a detoxifying plant pigment.
Our recipe Prepare matcha tea with a small wooden whisk. Then add crushed ice, a little red fruits and mint leaves to infuse.
• Chia seeds
A trendy new drink from Mexico, Chia Fresca is made with chia seeds, water, lemon juice and sugar. Rich in antioxidants, chia seed highlights its protein, omega 3, fiber and mineral salt content. Immersed in water, it swells to absorb it, which gives it a strong power of satiety.
Our recipe
Put 2 tbsp. of chia seeds in a 500 ml jug of water. Leave to soak for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to loosen the seeds between them. Add the sugar and the juice of a lime. Let sit for 10 minutes. Flavor with cinnamon or ginger.
• Mate
This South American infusion comes from the leaves of yerba mate, a plant of the holly family. Its polyphenols invigorate the body, slow cell aging and protect the cardiovascular system. Rich in potassium and calcium, it also has slimming and energizing properties. Avoid drinking it before going to bed because it contains caffeine.
