Ten minutes maximum! This is the time it takes to perform these little beauty rituals that are good for both skin and morale. Simple and effective gestures that give us a break just for us, to allow us to feel beautiful and good on a daily basis.
In the morning, I erase the traces of fatigue
Puffiness due to fatigue or lack of sleep? Discover the ice cube reflex! The fastest ? An ice cube slipped into a washcloth or a gauze strip, to apply for 5 minutes under and on each eye. Result: the cold activates blood circulation and decongests the eye and dark circles.
If this is a chronic problem and you have a little more time, it is advisable to prepare some black tea ice cubes, preferably unflavored, in advance for maximum effectiveness.
I take the time to apply my moisturizer well
Do you treat your face with a good moisturizer every morning? This is good, but for it to be really effective, it must be applied correctly ... And wherever it is needed. Fastidious? Two minutes is enough. First tip: always proceed from the inside of the face to the outside. Start with the outline of the mouth: apply a little cream to the corners of the lips and work your way up to the cheekbones and then the temples, making small circles. Repeat starting from the upper lip. For the eye area, start from the inside, stretching the cream outward below and above the eye. Continue through the forehead, still in small circles, then the chin. Without forgetting to go down again towards the nape of the neck and the neck. Areas that are too often forgotten, on which the marks of time therefore tend to appear more quickly. In a few gestures, our face is fresh, relaxed, free of the last traces of sleep ... In short, ready for the day!
I take two minutes to heal my eyes
Eye contour care is no luxury. Not only can it prevent the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, but most importantly, it can provide comfort to an area of the face that is under constant strain during the day. It only takes a minute: apply a little cream with your fingertips in 4 or 5 spots under each eye. Then we return to stretch the treatment by practicing large circular movements from below to the arch. Finish by tapping the underside of the eye very lightly with your fingertips to tone it. Two gestures to repeat if you wish, in order to relax this area. And reduce the signs of fatigue morning and evening.

In the evening, I take off Asian makeup
Makeup removal a chore? Many of us are content with a makeup remover wipe or a little rushed milk before we throw ourselves under our duvets. Of course, the thousand and one tasks that we have to accomplish in the evening and the fatigue of the day hardly invite us to linger in the bathroom. Yet it is quite possible to afford a 5-star makeup removal ... in just 5 minutes. How? 'Or' What ? Inspired by the good habits of Asians for whom makeup removal - with the so-called layering technique - is a ritual.
First step: massage your face with a fatty substance - often a cleansing oil or a cold cream - that you apply to your finger. Chin, cheeks, temples, forehead… from bottom to top, with the palms of the hands, the massage will help to cleanse the skin in depth and relax the face which has been very busy during the day. To stimulate very tired areas, you can lightly pinch the skin between your thumb and forefinger and finish by lightly tapping the most sensitive areas of the face with your fingertips.

Second step: cleaning with soap (in the form of a bar, gel or cream depending on your tastes and skin type) then rinsing with lukewarm water, preferably with a glove. An essential step to rid the skin of impurities, unclogged by the oil or cream in the previous step.
Finally, the last step: apply a lotion to soften the skin after rinsing with water and, for purists, a night cream. Time needed in all? Five short minutes, which will quickly become an essential decompression "airlock", one-on-one with you, between the hustle and bustle of the day and the calm needed at bedtime.
