Why does sputum appear and how to get rid of it

Sputum - Small pigmented spots are often an inherited gift. It usually manifests itself early, at the age of 4-6 years. Later its appearance and enhancement of color occurs during tanning, as a result of exposure to sunlight. Sputum is found in people with delicate, thin skin, predominantly blonde, especially redheads.

Sputum usually appears in the spring-summer period. Typically, it is expressed in the exposed areas of the facial skin, which are most exposed to sunlight: on the nose, forehead, eyelids, eyelids, rarely on the scalp. The most intense color of the sputum is in the age group of 20-25 years.

The color and intensity of the sputum mainly depends

Hair and skin color, as well as the strength and duration of sun exposure on facial skin.

In the presence of pimples, special, permanent skin care is necessary from March to September. The first rays of the spring sun cause most of the spores to be exposed. Therefore, prophylactic treatment should begin in early spring, with or without the appearance of more intense coloration,

Ask the doctor

- Is blood transfusion effective in vulgar acne? (From a vein to a muscle) and what rules must be followed

Until they become noticeable on the face. It is not worth using strong remedies in the beginning, because later weak drugs can no longer have the desired effect. If you follow a rational regime from a young age, it will be possible to stop the progression of the sputum without using powerful means.

It should be noted that this phenomenon can be dealt with only temporarily, so the main focus should be on preventive measures.

The best way to prevent blemishes is to protect yourself from the sun and even more so from tanning.

Vitamin C-rich foods are needed to prevent blemishes because ascorbic acid reduces the skin's sensitivity to sunlight. These are: sauerkraut, asparagus tea, apples, lemons, oranges, green onions, black and red currant juice, etc.

Prophylactic care begins with cleansing the skin of the face and neck

For oily, dry and normal skn it is necessary to wash the face constantly with milk. Lactic acid gives a good whitening effect, acts gently and reliably in still weakly expressed saliva. It can be replaced with 2-3% citric acid (2-3 g of citric acid in half a glass of distilled water).

After cleansing the facial skin, it is possible to apply a mask mixed with milk cottage cheese on the oily areas for 10-15 minutes. Before applying this mask, apply lemon juice or diluted 3% citric acid on oily skin. Then remove the mask with a cotton swab soaked in kefir or matson and apply a nourishing cream on still wet skin. Such masks are shown every day for 15-20 days. You should always start with a weak concentration, gradually increasing it, as a strong concentration can irritate sensitive skin.

On any skin type, morning and evening (dry more rarely), before applying the cream, it is good if you apply lemon juice, which has been considered the best whitening agent since time immemorial. It is quite enough to lightly rub it on the skin covered with a layer of lemon juice.

In addition to lemon juice, you can use one of the following remedies: Grapefruit juice (considered the most beneficial for the skin), green onion juice, sauerkraut juice, a mixture of equal amounts of vinegar, lemon juice and water. Then, on a still wet face, apply a thin layer of nourishing cream. These procedures should be repeated daily until a positive effect is achieved.

In the morning, if you spend a lot of time in the air, especially on sunny days, there is no need to wash your face with water. It will be enough to clean it with a cotton ball soaked in acidic or sour water.

As soon as the sunny days come, it is necessary to use sunscreen. For oily and normal skin it is possible to use jelly: citric acid 3.0 g, glycerin 10.0 g, water 80 g. Apply the jelly on the face 1-2 times a day and wait for it to dry.

A thin layer of protective cream and a special powder will protect the skin from the sun for 3-4 hours, if you have to stay in the sun for a long time, you need to repeat the procedure.

Facial skin protection will only be effective if you avoid direct exposure to ultraviolet rays and stay in the shade as long as possible. Many women think that sunscreen will no longer affect them when they use sunscreen. But this is not the case. Ultraviolet rays also act in the shade, but not with such activity.
